My main website www.newfilmdimension.com is the priority and I'm only one person. So until I figure things out and I can start posting more I'll have to disappear for a while. Hey everyone, Phil here!

Sorry for the lack of updates the last week or so. I've been doing tech updates and a redesign to my main website NewFilmDimension.com and that took up all of my time. On the same note, Giuliana news doesn't come out everyday but as you can see now that I'm finish with my work on the other site I've been able to put together a couple of posts.

As usual, I'll keep an eye out for anything Giuliana and I hope you do too. Remember, if you come across anything, don't be afraid to drop me an e-mail or just leave a comment.

Tropic Thunder: E! True Hollywood Story

All of you movie fans know that this month Ben Stiller's new comedy Tropic Thunder premieres. I myself am very excited to see it especially when I haven't been pumped to see a comedy film in years. This is one of the first comedy's that I've actually looked forward to all summer.

Coming August 8, this Friday, at 10:30 pm ET/PT, E! True Hollywood Story is featuring the mystery behind Tropic Thunder. I'm not talking about the cast of Tropic Thunder, I'm talking about the characters of Tropic Thunder. By now your asking yourself, but why is this on a Giuliana Rancic blog? Because she's in the THS.

Giuliana is suing!

Giuliana is loosing her lawyers on the William Morris Agency, her former agency. Page Six spoke with her lawyer Paul Sorrell and according to him they are suing for a "breach of contract and fiduciary duty. They put the interests of other clients they had ahead of hers."

It seems like Giuliana isn't playing any games because she's going for the throat; she's suing for millions. "It was a major conflict of interest, so she fired them. She's claiming all money back that she paid them and damages in the millions," says her lawyer Paul Sorrell.

Now I'm no lawyer and I don't have any right to comment on her legal business. That said, for Giuliana's sake and because we lover her... I hope she wins her case. I don't know how agency's work but putting one client in front of the other seems wrong but I really don't know the details. For all we know Giuliana could be in the wrong... but I doubt it. A majority of the time it's the corporate bullshit that gets them in trouble, so in that case, I hope Giuliana wins and gets her money back.

OK! Magazine is charmed by Giuliana

In an interview with the popular OK! Magazine, Giuliana Rancic dishes a little on her private life and her daily routine.

Upon being asked about her husband Bill Rancic she tells the magazine, "We're best friends. Bottom line, he's my husband second and my best friend first. I married my best friend. I think that's actually the secret to a good marriage. Marry your best friend, you're going to want to hang out with them all the time. We like the same food, we like the same restaurants, we have the same workout regimen." Although I agree that Giuliana's advice is sound, here's mine; marry someone you actually love and want to marry and if the person ever tries to force you into marriage... run, fast. I'm not speaking from experience, but I've seen it happen. The end result of a forced marriage isn't pretty but it could sometimes be funny. Anyways, back to Giuliana.

"There's no magic pill. You've just gotta commit to diet and exercise," says the E! News goddess about getting fit, and this I do know from experience.... it sucks, I'm going through it now because the summer has blessed me with more pounds that I don't want. The magazine says about Giuliana's exercise routing, "That workout regimen includes lifting weights and running six miles a day, five days a week beginning at 4:30 a.m." WTF! six miles!!! Giuliana's body fat percentage must be like 1%. I walk and jog for 30 minutes on a treadmill every day and I can't get rid of the gut... even with cutting down all the junk.

Giuliana is in her office at 6:00 a.m. where she does all of the E! News stuff and when she's all done with work she spends her down time watching the news and hanging out with her husband but before all of that, she likes taking a nice long drive to relax. That sounds good to me, but the news watching has gotta go. Primetime TV is the way to go. I like escapism and not reality.

Earrings worn by Giuliana are up for auction for $4,300

These earrings you see in the right picture of Giuliana is up for auction on eBay. In the video below, Giuliana tells us that the proceeds will go to the American Women in Radio and Television or the AWRT.

After searching eBay I found the auction. Now I don't know a thing about earrings but this is what the auction says. "You are bidding on a stunning pair of 18k white gold open circle diamond earrings with diamond baguettes and round brilliant diamonds suspended on a diamond wire with 2.42 carat weight in diamonds." All I know is that it has a lot of diamonds. The designer is Jeri Cohen and these earrings were only worn once by Giuliana at the Gracie Awards.

At the moment I'm posting this, the auction has 0 bids. The starting bid is $4,300.... that's insane, really. They'd be better off auctioning a lunch date with Giuliana, people would pay for that easy.

Last week I got several emails and comments with people concerned where Giuliana was on E! News. The concern came from the fact that she sometimes doesn't where her wedding ring while filming or she suddenly isn't on one night, or in last weeks case... the entire week.

I don't know Giuliana and I'm not in any contact with her or her people, so I can't give people solid answers on what she's up too. I can only post what news and photos I find while I surf the net so Giuliana fans can come to one place and read what's available.. why? Because Giuliana is great!! Anyways, she's back from probably a vacation and she's gorgeous and from what I can tell she's wearing her wedding ring, so enough with the husband problem rumors.

This past Tuesday Giuliana appeared on the Chelsea Lately Roundtable which she does every so often. Chelsea Handler is really funny by the way. Thanks to a Youtube user, Chelseafan468, we can watch Giuliana from that segment in two parts. Enjoy!!

In an article written by Claire Connors, Giuliana says how hard she works to look as good as she does. "I hate it when celebrities say they never exercise but are really in the gym five days a week," says Giuliana.

You have to respect Giuliana for her dedication because I can't do this, especially since it's the summer. All I do is cook steaks on the BBQ and it's the greatest thing in the world. "So I'll be honest: I run an hour a day, weight-train four times a week, and watch what I eat," which is Giuliana's weekly thing.

Jason Kennedy helps Giuliana get a cat

Giuliana adopted a cat a couple of weeks ago. According to CelebrityMound.com E! host Jason Kennedy heard that both Giuliana and her husband Bill Rancic were looking into getting themselves a cat, so Kennedy "covertly worked with Morris [the cat] and his team to surprise the newlyweds with the one millioth cat" during the 9Lives Morris Million Cat Rescue Campaign.

"Jason and Giuliana arrived by limousine to the shelter. Giuliana, under the guise that she was attending a store opening, stepped out of the car to be greeted by Morris the Cat in his designer sunglasses and bowtie. Celebrity Mound says about G, "Her initial surprise was then surpassed by pure joy and excitement as Jason presented her with the new kitten, an adorable gray and white tabby."

As you can see in the photo above, it's Giuliana and her new cat. That's a damn cute picture and I'm glad this little cat was enought to get another hot pic of Giuliana. I'm acctually really allergic to cats by the way. I can only stay in a room with them for about 10 minutes before I start to fall apart. If it wasn't sad and annoying, it would be funny.

Seventeen.com was able to see Giuliana at the Gracie Awards back in June. "Inside host Giuliana Rancic, E! News anchor and managing editor, started off hte night with lots of laughs poking fun of her 'breaking news' coverage," says the site. During their coverage Seventeen spoke to Giuliana where she threw some advice out into the world. The magazine writes, "At your internship this summer, Giuliana advises that you show people you're willing to work hard. Keep a positive attitude - even if others complain - and your boss will notice. Your dedication to your job will help you stand out, and you'll leave your internship with the glowing recommendation tha others only wished they had!" Well... thats all nice and stuff but it's not really like that at most jobs.

Husband Trouble Rumors?

Here is a story thats come out recently and I think its bull. Not to long ago, they said that Giuliana wasn’t on E! news for a couple of days and when she came back she wasn’t wearing her wedding ring. Read for yourself.

E! News’ Giuliana Rancic, formerly known as Giuliana DePandi, has been seen the last few days on E! not wearing her wedding ring. On Tuesday night, Ryan Seacrest opened the show solo, joking that Giuliana must “still be in make-up” or “stuck in traffic”. Could there be trouble in paradise for Giuliana and her apprentice-winning hubby, Bill Rancic? Days since Giuliana went mysteriously missing from an E! News taping, she has filmed three new E! News episodes, ring-less.

Seriously I don’t believe this news whatsoever. I think its totally false. Everytime she mentions her husband its obvious how happy she is. So don’t believe this.

I think I’m going to find a way to email one of her reps and see if they have comment. If I at all get a respones, it will probably be “no comment”.

Yes, the queen of the red carpet, the bronze beauty herself is smoking the pages of 6 degrees magazine.

In her cool and candid article she delves into a little of personal life as well as her job on E!. Heres a sample:

Entertainment junkies love Giuliana Rancic like they love red-carpet rundowns.
It’s hard not to. Even while dishing on Hollywood happenings, Rancic exudes a
level of sincerity some anchors reveal only during on-air squabbles.
“Journalists are supposed to be objective, but I don’t take that to mean I can’t
have an opinion,” Rancic says. “On other entertainment news shows, anchors are
so robotic. They’ll say things like, ‘Many people think George Clooney is
attractive,’ which I think is ridiculous. I’m just like, ‘George Clooney is
hot!’ It’s what I think and I don’t care about saying it.”

More Pregnancy Rumors

On January 20th 2008, People Magazine put up an article that talked more about Giuliana being pregnant. Obviously she isn’t pregnant and who knows when or if she’ll decide to have a child. Until that happens, she has an idea of who is starting the rumors.

“No, I’m not pregnant!” she laughed, just before going into a dinner
celebrating Olympic Gold Medalist Picabo Street’s 4th Annual Ski Challenge to
benefit victims of child abuse.

Who does she blame the rumor on? “I bet Ryan Seacrest started the
rumor,” she quipped at the benefit at Sundance.

Of her fellow E! host, she said, “Ryan has this thing with co-hosts
where he busts their chops – like with Randy [Jackson] and Paula [Abdul] on
American Idol – and I get it too. So he probably started telling people, ‘Oh, so
many people around the office are pregnant, so and so, and me! And now when I do
get pregnant, no one will care.”

Don’t worry Giuliana, people will care and be excited for you, like me! Its so obvious that Giuliana and her husband are very busy people. Sure they probably could make the time, but at this point its entirely their choice. They are both at the peak of their lives and they are both on a very successful run, work wise. So if they don’t have a child now, thats completely understandable. If Giuliana did have a baby now, it would inhibite her ability to work and the same goes for her husband. They’d both have to make sacrifices that they are not ready to take.

Giuliana's Honeymoon

Well It looks like Giuliana and her husband Bill finally had their honeymoon. Back in February OK! Magazine hat the exlusive convo with the couple after a trip to the Carbbean. Plus some nice photos.

Here is the of the interview:

“We had a blast,” Bill says. “We sailed around the island a couple
of times, and I scared the hell out of Giuliana because she didn’t think I knew
how to sail. Like always, I surprised her!”
Jetting off together also gave Bill and Giuliana some much-needed
quality time together. Giuliana tapes E! News in L.A. while her 36-year-old
hubby films In the Loop with iVillage, a daily talk show, in Chicago, reducing
their time together to four nights a week.
“We hadn’t had an opportunity to be alone for a long time,” she
says. “Being with Bill every second of the day made me fall more in love with
him.”

OLD NEWS STORY: Pregnancy Rumors

Its common knowlege that Giuliana Rancic has been married now for several months to first season Apprentice winner, Bill Rancic and in a year full of celebrity pregnancies, Giuliana Rancic won’t be joining them as she tells OK! Magazine.

“Those darn pregnancy rumors” are completely false, Giuliana tells OK!. “I can
add that my parents called me about a week ago asking me if I was pregnant after
a customer walked up to my father at his clothing store in Maryland and
congratulated him on my pregnancy,” Giuliana says. “My parents couldn’t believe
they were getting the news that their baby girl was pregnant from a complete
stranger!” The 33-year-old adds that she proceeded to explain to her
parents that she was not with child and “assured them that they would be the
first to know when I do get pregnant” after her husband.

There you have it folks. Giuliana is not planning to get pregnant anytime soon. You really can’t blame her… Shes on a serious role with work and what have you, and as far as I know her husband is busy himself. I don’t even think they had a honeymoon yet, but it is what it is. The price of being successful. It only works out better for us fans… lol. Sorry Giuliana, no break for you…

Seriously though I’m glad to see shes not rushing like a lot of people we see in the world. Besides, leaving Ryan Seacrest to do her job would be tourture.
